The city is joining forces with Superior Plumbing to showcase local artisans across a spectrum of media; think paintings, pottery, woodworking, glasswork, and other forms of handcrafted marvels—there is going to be no shortage of items to admire and buy, as attendees saunter through the square with festival foods in hand, while kids dash about in a designated play zone. But it ain't just about the visuals; your ears are in for a treat too with acoustic performances all weekend long on the Glover Park stage.
So here are the deets: The festival will kick off on Saturday, May 3, at 10:00 a.m. and wrap up at 6:00 p.m., except for the music which plays on till 7:00 p.m. Come Sunday, May 4, things start at a more leisurely 11:00 a.m. and all wraps up at 5:00 p.m. All of this takes place at Glover Park on the Historic Marietta Square, located at 50 N Park Square NE, Marietta, GA 30060, according to the event announcement.
