A violent confrontation in Memphis occurred during a repossession attempt on last Wednesday when a repo man was run over while trying to tow a 2011 Ford Fusion in the 1000 block of Cabana Circle. The Memphis Police Department reported that the victim, a tow truck driver, was struck after a female alerted a male to speed up the process.
Brandi Revels, 27, and Nicholas Wray, 34, were arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Revels was taken into custody on Friday. The victim was transported to Regional One in non-critical condition.
After a warrant was issued for Revels on Thursday, officers found her and Wray the following day. The Ford Fusion, involved in the incident, was located at the 900 block of Oakmont Place and towed. Both suspects are facing charges of aggravated assault, which carries serious consequences under Tennessee law.
