Pringle's educational career began in the classroom as a teacher and mentor, from which she ascended into the ranks of leadership, including roles such as assistant principal and instructional coach. With a strong foundation in curriculum development, Pringle is equipped with a Master’s in Educational Administration with a Principalship from the University of Texas at El Paso.

As Pringle transitions to her new role at Powell Elementary, she aims to reinforce academic programs and cultivate collaborative relationships.
