Bishop was last seen on Monday in the vicinity of the 3400 block of 66th Avenue around 5:00 a.m., carrying a grey backpack, as reported by the Oakland Police Department.

Leilani Bishop is described as a young Black female with a medium complexion. She stands 5'6" tall and weighs around 140 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes, and when last seen, she had a grey backpack. The Oakland Police have emphasized the urgency of locating Bishop due to her age and have extended a request for any information that could aid in their search.
