Orange County is grappling with the aftermath of a fatal shooting that claimed the life of an 18-year-old man last night. According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, deputies arrived on the scene at the 400 block of Creekwood Drive around 8:45 p.m. in response to a reported shooting. WFTV reported that upon their arrival, the young man was found with a gunshot wound. Regrettably, he was pronounced dead after being transported to the hospital.
Details surrounding the incident remain scant, and investigators have yet to release information on potential suspects. While the probe continued, Channel 9 crews observed three cars involved, and a forensics team was deployed to the location to assist in the ongoing investigation.
