The Pasco Sheriff's Office is actively seeking the public's assistance in identifying and locating a suspect involved in a series of burglaries in the Holiday area. The individual, a light-skinned man estimated to be between 5’8” and 5’9” and weighing around 185 lbs, has been connected to multiple business and auto burglaries, per details shared by the sheriff's office on their social media platforms.

According to the report from the Pasco Sheriff’s Office, the suspect's most recent activity involves a Feb. 26 break-in at a business located on the 4900 block of Moog Rd. in Holiday, where he shattered a glass window around 2:20 a.m. The man entered, stole multiple items before making his escape on a dark-colored Mongoose BMX bicycle, heading west on Moog Rd., and towards US 19, he was wearing a black mask, black hooded jacket with white graphics on the front, black pants with white graphics on one leg, black Nike shoes, and orange gloves.

The same individual is believed to have attempted to break into another business roughly two weeks later. Last Tuesday at about 1:35 a.m., he used an unknown object to strike the door of a business on the 3500 block of Grand Blvd., after failing to gain entry, he fled the scene. The suspect was described as wearing a gray hoodie, black pants, and those same distinctive orange gloves.

Shortly after this incident last Tuesday, around 1:55 a.m., the suspect is suspected of entering two unlocked vehicles in the Pinehurst Dr. area of Holiday, where he managed to take various items. In each of these incidents, the individual has been reported as carrying a black backpack, a distinguishing piece of his worn attire. Residents are being urged to come forward with any information that could lead to his capture. In a strategy to engage community assistance, the sheriff's office has asked those with knowledge of these cases or the suspect’s identity, to contribute by contacting the Pasco Sheriff’s Crime Tips Line at 1-800-706-2488, referencing case number 25005319, or to submit a tip online at pascosheriff.com/tips.
