A woman on a bicycle was fatally injured by two hit-and-run drivers late Friday night in Phoenix. According to FOX 10 Phoenix, the incident occurred around 11:15 p.m., near the intersection of 91st Avenue and Highland. The victim, found with her bicycle on the road, was pronounced dead at the scene by the responding officers.

One of the drivers involved contacted the police, admitting to her role in the crash. Upon showing signs of impairment, she provided a blood sample, but authorities have released her pending further investigation. ABC15 identified the victim as 55-year-old Stephanie Fisher, who was found by police with "obvious signs of injury" and subsequently died from her injuries on the spot.

Detectives continue their search for the second driver who, alongside the first, struck Fisher and then fled the scene. The make and model of the second vehicle, along with any information about the driver, remains unknown to the public at this time.
