Another call to action, especially for those clutching mail-in ballots, is to send them off postage-free or drop them at one of 29 authorized receptacles that dot the district like stars in a sprawling urban sky. "Remember to sign and date your return ballot envelope," the County of San Diego reports. You must sign your return envelope for your vote to be counted."
