Homicide detectives have since taken over the investigation, trying to piece together the events that led to this fatal confrontation, the suspect, a 35-year-old male, was arrested at the scene and is currently in custody, but the motives behind the shooting are yet to be unraveled as detectives sift through evidence and seek out witnesses.
