Spring into activity with St. Louis Park's "Move Into Spring Challenge" kicking off on April 1 and running through May 16. This initiative invites residents to embrace the warmer weather and commit to 30 minutes of daily exercise. Recognizing the diverse needs and preferences of the community, the city encourages participants to pursue any form of physical activity that elevates their heart rate, be it a leisurely walk or a spirited bike ride.
With the thaw of winter, it's a prime opportunity for locals to reboot their exercise routines. According to the City of St. Louis Park, "The goal is to do some kind of movement daily for 46 days." Those who submit their tracking sheet by May 23 will earn a chance to win a prize. Plus, all registered participants who turn in their tracking sheets will snag a free one-time use daily pass to the St. Louis Park Aquatic Park.
The registration deadline is April 9. For more info or to register, you can check out the official announcement published on March 12, 2025.
