Beginning March 11, and continuing until March 21, the Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) announced that parts of Peachtree Street between Baker Street NE/NW and Ellis Street NE/NW will experience lane closures and shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to accommodate street resurfacing activities. During the closure, one travel lane northbound and southbound on Peachtree Street will be temporarily closed. Motorists in search of alternatives to reach downtown may use Courtland Street NE, Peachtree Center Avenue NE, and Ted Turner Drive NW as detours during the resurfacing period.
