The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has arrested 26-year-old Caleb Austin Walker from Waycross on charges related to the sexual exploitation of children. This arrest is part of an ongoing effort to combat the trade of child sexual abuse material, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
In November 2024, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children reported to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation about Walker's possible involvement in possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material online. Authorities conducted a search of his home, and Walker was arrested. He is currently being held at the Ware County Jail. The investigation involved the Ware County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s regional office in Douglas, both part of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force is focused on stopping the spread of child sexual abuse material and online predators. The public is encouraged to report any information about child exploitation to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit at 404-270-8870, through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children CyberTipline at Cybertipline.org, or by using the Georgia Bureau of Investigation's tip submission options.
