As the workweek progresses, the NWS predicts that Wednesday's conditions will stay mostly cloudy with a chilly high near 49 degrees. The advisory meanwhile cautions that "gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result
