Last weekend, an unusual break-in attempt led to an even more unusual rescue operation in Akron, Ohio. The Akron Police Department reported that officers responded to a call regarding a suspicious individual last Saturday at approximately 3:15 p.m. The incident occurred at Minority Behavioral Health Group in the 700 block of E. Archwood Avenue.

Witnesses had alerted authorities to a man who appeared to be trying to forcefully enter the closed facility. Upon arrival, police quickly discovered the suspect, Jabin Cuckler, age 29, in quite a predicament. He was found stuck inside the building's chimney. The Akron Fire Department had to be summoned to diligently work for several hours to extricate Cuckler from the chimney's confines safely.

Following his unconventional extraction, Cuckler was taken into custody without further incident. He was transported to a local hospital for medical evaluation and treatment before being discharged. According to the social media post from the Akron Police Department, Cuckler has since been booked into the Summit County Jail. He currently faces charges of Breaking and Entering and Criminal Trespassing.
