Driving away in a blue 2005 Chevrolet Silverado bearing California plates with "HVMETAL" inscribed, the vehicle is distinct with its San Francisco Giants tow hitch cover and silver wheels, the Sheriff's Office detailed. Identified by her family, Moden's absence is concerning given her medical condition requiring medication, and she left without a cell phone, which may hinder her ability to reach out or be contacted.
