The body was located on I-40 East near the interchange with I-55, and the call came in around 7:30 p.m. Sunday as per reports from the ASP Criminal Investigation Division. The West Memphis Police Department received a missing person report for Martinez on April 3, and it was only a matter of days before this tragic discovery brought closure to his unknown whereabouts, albeit in the most unfortunate form.
