
Avondale's youth are offered an opportunity to develop their professional skills through the Avondale Teen Employment and Mentorship Program (AviTEMP). Now in its 18th year, the program is accepting applications for the Summer 2025 session from individuals aged 16 to 24. AviTEMP provides part-time employment within city government and job readiness training, aiming to support young individuals in their career development.
According to a recent announcement, participants will have the opportunity to gain mentorship and hands-on experience, with the program running from June 2 to July 17.
