Baltimore County Police announced the arrest of 38-year-old Jason Tuck about a homicide in Randallstown that claimed the life of his brother, Kevin Tuck, 39. The incident, which took place yesterday afternoon, was swiftly followed with charges of first-degree murder being filed against Jason Tuck.
According to a report by WBAL-TV, officers responded to a call just before 4:30 p.m. in the 4000 block of Winlee Road, where they discovered Kevin Tuck suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body; he later died at the scene.
The Baltimore County Police Department underscored, through their social media, that the shooting was an isolated incident, presenting no active threat to the community.
