This incident prompted a swift response from Western District patrol officers, who immediately began investigating. The Baltimore Police Department reported that this shooting took place around 11:33 p.m. in the 1700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, a location where gunfire was reportedly heard.
As authorities continue to piece together the events that led to the shooting, they have issued a call to the public, urging anyone with potentially relevant information to step forward. Western District detectives are actively seeking to fully understand the circumstances surrounding the violence that marked the life of this young individual.
