The perennial pop-punk band Blink-182 has officially announced its "Missionary Impossible" U.S. tour for 2025, ready to bring its signature tunes to a city near you. This tour follows on the heels of last year's global gigs that celebrated their album "One More Time…" and marks a return to the stage for the trio's original lineup - Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge, and Travis Barker. Fans eager to sing along live to anthems spanning their entire catalog will have their chance when the tour kicks off on Aug. 28 at the Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, FL, according to Billboard.
While bringing down the house with old classics, Blink-182 will share the stage with Alkaline Trio, whose frontman Matt Skiba briefly stepped into DeLonge's shoes during his hiatus from the band. As reported by Rolling Stone, the promise is to "lean into Blink-182's punk roots" with a setlist featuring the group's entire catalog. The Tampa show, set for August 29 at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre, is especially marked by the anticipated opening act of Alkaline Trio, confirming the tour will celebrate the Pop-punk genre's heyday.
Citi cardholders have been granted early access to presale tickets today at noon ET, which will continue until Thursday. The general public must mark their calendars for April 11 at 10 a.m. local time to secure tickets for this nostalgia-laden punk revival. WFLA News detailed this information, including the fact that the band opened the presale tickets today on the Live Nation website.
