As part of ongoing efforts to ensure the provision of consistent and safe natural gas, CenterPoint Energy has announced the completion of construction on Trenton Lane North and Saratoga Lane North in Plymouth. With main construction works wrapped up, the crew is set to decisively move east along 36th Avenue North towards Kilmer Lane North, aiming for completion by the end of the following week, as reported by CenterPoint Energy.
Adjacent to these developments, a service crew will diligently work to replace and connect service lines to the new gas main. Notably, their task list includes the transfer of inside meters to the exterior of properties. As work progresses, residents should prepare to see temporary lane shifts along 36th Avenue North, where CenterPoint contractors and the City’s contractors are simultaneously performing their duties, as per CenterPoint Energy.
In the interim, CenterPoint Energy has expressed gratitude for the community’s patience during these crucial infrastructure upgrades, underscoring its commitment to delivering an essential service. "Thank you for your patience and understanding as we replace our infrastructure," the company conveyed in a statement made by CenterPoint Energy. "We value the privilege of having you as a customer."
