Announcing the expansion, Gov. Brian P. Kemp highlighted the creation of more than 300 jobs, framing it as a testament to Georgia's effective business milieu. CRH, which stands tall as a leading provider of materials solutions, sees this move as an enhancement of its existing Atlanta-based Americas Materials Solutions business.
In a statement obtained by the official website of the Governor of Georgia, CRH's CFO Rob Dinkins conveyed that the new SSC aims to consolidate and refine finance operations, in efforts to provide superior services to customers throughout North America. Planned for 1120 Sanctuary Parkway in Roswell, the facility is a strategic choice, emboldened by the area's abundant talent and robust support from state and local bodies. With job openings already posted, the center anticipates being at full capacity by 2029.
Local leadership has welcomed CRH's move with a warm embrace, citing Roswell's nurturing ground for businesses and perfect conditions for families as key factors. Roswell Mayor Kurt Wilson, spoke about the city's readiness for such economic growth, reinforcing its reputation for excellence in education, safety, and community. Meanwhile, Fulton County Board of Commissioners Chairman Robb Pitts underscored the over 300 jobs as a boon for the region's skilled workforce and a seal of approval for its stature as a tech and innovation hub.

CRH's burgeoning presence in Georgia, which, upon reaching full center operation, would account for more than 1,400 local jobs, echoes through the corridors of the state's educational institutions.
