A shooting near a Lawrenceville sports bar left one man dead and another arrested. Gwinnett County Police arrested 26-year-old Marcus Robinson of Dacula, charging him with Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony. The incident occurred early in the morning at Dillons Sports Bar on Dogwood Road, where 21-year-old Jeffrey Gibson was fatally wounded, as per the Gwinnett County release.
Police found shell casings in two locations—one in front of the bar and another near a nearby nail salon. Gibson was transported to the hospital in a vehicle that has since been impounded, but he later died from his injuries.
