The Duluth Police Department is requesting public assistance in locating 40-year-old Tarah Fichtner, who was last seen in downtown Duluth on the evening of March 19. According to authorities, Fichtner was spotted around 4:40 p.m. on that date.
Fichtner is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 115 pounds. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black jacket, black leggings, a blue hat, and white tennis shoes. She was also carrying a red backpack and a red Savers clothing bag.
The Duluth Police Department is urging anyone with information about Fichtner’s whereabouts to come forward. Tips can be submitted by contacting the department’s Violent Crimes Unit at (218) 730-5050. Callers are asked to reference ICR#2504660.
