This essential artery stretching from Saguaro Boulevard to Panorama Drive will see its pavement get a fresh start, courtesy of M.R. Tanner Construction, with work kicking off on May 6. The milling process, which strips away worn-out asphalt, is just the appetizer in a feast of improvements aimed at refining the community's driving experience.
The project's timeline reveals that eastbound and westbound paving will be carried out separately to mitigate complete standstills. According to a town announcement, "Eastbound paving is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, May 14, with westbound paving planned for May 21 and 22." For those worried about access to their favorite local haunts, the town assures that detours and maze-like maneuvers won't be necessary.
