
Eleven people were injured in a bus accident that occurred on the 15 Freeway in the area of Cajon Pass in San Bernardino County, authorities confirmed this past weekend. The single-vehicle accident involved a bus that ended up flipping onto its side in the southbound lanes at Kenwood Avenue. As reported by CBS News Los Angeles, multiple ambulances were called to the scene following the incident, and the range of injuries has been described as minor to moderate.
Efforts to carefully assess and to attend to the injured resulted in San Bernardino County Fire requesting a total of seven ambulances at the site, as per their update on social media. According to the San Bernardino County Fire X Post, 11 adults were ultimately transported to area hospitals, while 4 others were treated on location but refused further medical care.
