A deadly fire that engulfed the second story of a home in Sevier County has left one individual dead, emergency responders confirm. WVLT reports that the incident occurred yesterday afternoon in the 600 block of Pee Dee Drive, located just outside Pigeon Forge's southern limits. Sevier County Fire and Rescue, Pigeon Forge Fire Department, Gatlinburg Fire Department, Catons Chapel Volunteer Fire Department, and Walden’s Creek Volunteer Fire Department worked in unison responding to the blazing home.
