Chandler’s Tumbleweed Park will transform into an open-air movie theater this May as CinePark returns for three consecutive Friday nights of free family-friendly entertainment. The outdoor film series is scheduled for May 2, 9, and 16 at the park’s south end, located at 2250 S. McQueen Road.

Each evening's movie will begin at 8:00 p.m., with pre-show activities starting at 6:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to participate in themed games and secure parking. Admission is free, but guests should bring their own chairs or blankets for seating. Outside food is permitted, though alcohol and glass containers are not allowed. Food vendors, including Jaspez Island Fusion Cuisine and the Harkins Popcorn Truck, will be on-site for those preferring to purchase snacks.

This year’s lineup features The Wild Robot on May 2, Wonka on May 9, and Moana 2 on May 16, according to the City of Chandler. For additional information, visit the City of Chandler’s website or call the Special Event Line at 480-782-2735.
