A fresh round of pavement repairs is starting at 331 Pebble Beach Dr., with the expected inconvenience lasting around two weeks, if the weather conditions don't throw a wrench in the timeframe. The list of areas under the knife also includes 5542 Country View Ln., Sahallee Dr., and Commonwealth Dr., as well as Old Lebanon Rd. and NB Teel Pkwy., all undergoing pavement replacement, according to the City of Frisco.
But wait, there's more roadwork for locals to navigate. The Intersection Improvements Project is zeroing in on Warren Parkway and Preston Road, where drivers should brace for daily lane closures from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. While the end is in sight, with an anticipated completion in the second quarter of 2025, this project is focused on tackling traffic woes at these high-volume spots. Still, it's bound to cause some short-term gridlock.
