Bridge repair work on I-75 in Campbell County is set to begin on Sunday evening, causing significant traffic delays. According to the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), lane reductions to a single lane in each direction will occur near mile marker 133, close to Exit 134 (Caryville/Jacksboro/LaFollette). The repairs will focus on the bridges over Better Chance Road and the R.J. Corman Railroad.
Lane closures will remain in place 24/7 during the project, which includes substructure and deck improvements. Tennessee Department of Transportation aims to complete the work by May 25, weather permitting.
