
As reported by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, a grim discovery unfolded during a routine welfare check in a residence on Hamilton Street, Strawberry Plains, where two individuals were pronounced deceased on the scene. Deputies were dispatched to the home at approximately 11:40 a.m. yesterday, after concerns were raised regarding the well-being of the occupants, WATE reported.
The investigation into the circumstances of the deaths is currently underway and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has been called in to assist, the outcome of which could shed light on what transpired in the dwelling that led to this tragic outcome however, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office has yet to divulge specifics regarding the identities of the deceased or other pertinent details about the incident, WBIR noted.
