Last known to frequent the areas between the Livermore Police Department, the Rodeo Grounds, Holdener Park, and Ravenswood, especially drawn to the Arroyo Mocho trail between 3 PM and 5 PM, Carpenter is a fixture among the local jogging paths. A recent check of his residence found that he left behind essentials like his keys, wallet, and ID, although his mobile phone was missing. The worry deepens as this pattern is out of step with Carpenter's daily habits that many have come to expect locally.
