
Sammantha Kheav-Pech of Lynn has won $1 million in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s new "$15,000,000 Colossal Millions" instant ticket game, which launched on April 15. Kheav-Pech was the first big winner in this new game, as confirmed by the Massachusetts State Lottery, according to the Fall River Reporter.
The latest Massachusetts State Lottery game has awarded its first grand prize in less than two weeks. Sammantha Kheav-Pech chose the cash option, receiving a lump sum of $650,000 before taxes. She told Boston 25 News that she plans to save and share the winnings with her family.
The 7-Eleven store at 50 Bass Ave. in Gloucester, where Sammantha Kheav-Pech purchased her winning ticket, will receive a $10,000 bonus from the Massachusetts State Lottery for selling the ticket. According to officials, the new "$15,000,000 Colossal Millions" game, which launched on April 15, still has multiple prizes available.
