A man is fighting for his life after being shot multiple times in Northaven yesterday. The Shelby County Sheriff's Office is leading the investigation into the incident, which occurred in the 5200 block of Black Diamond Cove around 5:17 p.m, according to FOX 13 Memphis.
As reported by Action News 5, when deputies arrived on the scene, they found an adult male lying in a driveway with gunshot wounds.
The Shelby County Fire Department responded quickly and transported the victim to Regional One hospital, where he remains in critical condition, as noted by WREG. Details about the shooting are limited, and detectives are working to determine the events that led to the violence. No suspects have been identified, and the Sheriff's Office has not speculated on the motive.
