A man was shot and killed in the Frayser neighborhood of Memphis last night, as reported by the Memphis Police Department. According to Action News 5, the incident took place on the 3200 block of Madewell Street, just south of Frayser Boulevard, where police received a call at 6:32 p.m. One man was tragically found dead at the scene by responding officers.
