
Gunshots were fired on a street in The Greater Ville neighborhood during a confrontation. According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to the 3200 block of North Taylor shortly after 3:30 p.m. last Friday, to find a man in his 40s suffering from a gunshot wound to the face.
The incident occurred when, according to witnesses, a black sedan pulled up and three men exited the vehicle. An argument took place before gunshots were fired, causing alarm in the neighborhood. The identity of the injured man has not been released, but he was treated by emergency medical services and transported to a nearby hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
The police are actively investigating the shooting, and no additional information has been released regarding the possible motive or suspects involved. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
