In a late-night burst of violence, a young male lost his life on the streets of Memphis. The Memphis Police Department reported a shooting that took place in the 6100 block of Eyrie Drive, which drew officers to the scene at 1:14 a.m.
The victim, a male juvenile whose identity remains undisclosed, was rushed to Regional One Hospital. There, despite the efforts of medical professionals, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead, the Memphis Police Department disclosed in a social media post.
