The New Orleans Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a suspect accused of felony theft. A felony theft reportedly took place on April 8, in the 600 block of Loyola Avenue. NOPD detectives, through investigative work, have identified the suspect as Candace Leshelle Jordan, born on June 21, 1981.
Jordan, described as a Black female in NOPD News's release, is currently wanted in connection with this incident. The NOPD has circulated a photograph of Jordan, indicating that she is the alleged perpetrator responsible for the felony theft.
The police department is reaching out to anyone who might have relevant information about the crime or Jordan's whereabouts. According to the NOPD's request, individuals with knowledge of the situation are encouraged to contact Eighth District detectives at 504-658-6080. Additionally, those wishing to remain anonymous are advised to call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111.
