Williams, a Black male with a date of birth listed as July 28, 1999, reportedly has ties to Conyers, Georgia, though his last known address is no longer up to date. The New Orleans Police have detailed that at approximately 4:21 p.m. on April 1, 2025, Williams is said to have deposited a check exceeding $5,000 into his account at a financial institution based in Algiers, a transaction deemed to be fraudulent.
