At approximately 2:30 a.m., a passerby alerted authorities to the blaze at 109 North Valley Road, prompting an urgent response from firefighters who found the home thoroughly ablaze. According to officials, including Pelham Police Chief Gary Thomann and State Fire Marshal Jon M.
