The Phoenix Police Department issued a Silver Alert, on April 2nd, pleading for assistance from the public in locating a missing woman, Lynn Coulter, whose date of birth is recorded as June 30, 1955. At 5'6" and weighing approximately 110 pounds, she is described as having blonde hair and hazel eyes. The notice provides a description of Lynn as a white female, primarily to aid in her identification and to solicit the help of citizens in the Phoenix area, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Bearing the weight of urgency, the Arizona Department of Public Safety detailed that Lynn was last seen meandering on foot, on the last weekend, in the vicinity of South 15th Avenue and West Jefferson Street in Phoenix, Arizona. It is reported, that she suffers from a medical condition, which may cause her to seem confused or disoriented.
Authorities have called on anyone with information to step forward and contact Detective Moggel of the Phoenix Police Department directly at (602) 262-6151. The investigating agency is actively seeking any tips or leads that could contribute to finding Lynn and providing her with the necessary care and safety, as per the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
