Fur, paws, and a bit of doggy paddle are about to take over Plymouth — Bark in the Park is ready to roll into the Hilde Performance Center, and this year's event is looking to be all tail-wags and happy howls. Come Saturday, May 17, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the 3500 Plymouth Blvd will become a canine paradise for both dogs and their humans.
As a community favorite, the event is designed to fully embrace the canine life with a variety of dog-focused attractions. There will be plenty of pet supply vendors, ready to showcase the latest in doggy fashion and tech — because let's admit it, your fur companions need to absolutely keep up with the trends. Plus, local dog rescue organizations will be there, quite possibly giving you the chance to meet your future four-legged family member. Event-goers can get to also enjoy photo ops, a balloon artist, face painter, caricatures, and yes, pup pools for your dog to quickly cool off in that May sunshine.
