The Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) is now inviting proposals from consultants and firms with expertise in climate action. According to the City of Portland, these professionals will contribute to various services that support the city's environmental initiatives.
Contractors can bid on a range of services, including financial management, leadership and human resources, and storytelling for project planning and reporting. In its efforts to promote climate justice, the PCEF is offering multiple "on-call" price agreement contracts across these four key areas. Organizations with a focus on equitable solutions are encouraged to participate and contribute to this impactful initiative, as per the city's announcement.
Submissions are now open and will close on May 8. An optional pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for April 15, at 10:00 a.m. for those interested in discussing the proposal in person before submitting. For additional information, applicants can contact Thor Haglund at [email protected], as listed by the City of Portland's Procurement Services.
