According to Ramsey County's announcement, this gesture is to honor over 400 full- and part-time administrative professionals across the county's multiple departments.
These individuals, serving across five integrated Service Teams, are not just cogs in the machine but they're often the first human touchpoint for many that reach out to the county. "Administrative Professionals are the first point of contact for countless residents, offering guidance, support, and solutions with unwavering professionalism and a genuine commitment to service," the county's website states, having recognized the depth of their contributions to seamless county operations.
