The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office recently shared details of their Homeless Outreach Operation across various communities. Two teams were deployed to assist and enforce laws in different areas of the county. One team focused on Arden Arcade, Carmichael, and Fair Oaks, while the other worked in South Sacramento, including Florin, Lemon Hill, and Parkway Estates, as reported by the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office.

Sheriffs in Sacramento worked with several partners, including Sacramento County Park Rangers, Sacramento County Probation, California Department of Corrections (Parole), and specialized teams such as the Problem Oriented Policing team, Homeless Improvement Program team, Gang Suppression Unit, and SAFE Team. Deputies from North and Central Patrol Divisions also participated. The operation focused on addressing issues related to homelessness in the area, as stated by the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office.

According to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office on their Facebook page, the Homeless Outreach Team conducted a weeklong operation focusing on both enforcement and outreach throughout Sacramento County. Two teams were dedicated to providing support and "addressing enforcement needs." Additionally, Homeless Outreach Team regularly performs enforcement activities in unincorporated areas of the county in response to residents' reports.
