Described as a Black man with long dreadlocks, the suspect is known to frequent the Red Oak area, and investigators are ramping up efforts to identify him, as reported by FOX 5 Atlanta. In a video released to the public, the man is seen at Solid Rock Pentecostal Church, located at 4707 Washington Rd., which has been the site of these disturbing events.
The police are calling on anyone with information to step forward.
