The North Natomas Aquatics Complex is the place to be on Saturday, April 19, as it transforms into an egg-hunting paradise for both water babies and land lovers alike. According to a post on the Sacramento City Express, the City of Sacramento's Department of Youth, Parks & Community Enrichment (YPCE) is behind this whimsically wet event, which promises a variety of activities from 1 to 4 p.m.
Break out those swimsuits for a heated pool dive, as the celebration includes in-water egg hunts, alongside the more traditional on-land searches. Set up at 2601 New Market Drive, this Egg-A-Palooza aims to be a hit for the whole family with its bunny-themed fun and plenty of photo ops – just in time to update those family albums. Admission isn't free, except for the tiniest attendees, but at $9 for adults and $7 for youth, it's priced to include everyone, aged 2 to 102.
Sjon Swanson of the YPCE, a recreation manager with a flair for fun, told Sacramento City Express, "We’re excited to welcome families back to the North Natomas Aquatics Complex for another spring celebration."
