The arrest took place at a hotel on Russell Street in Hadley, Massachusetts, at about 9:45 a.m., suggesting a diligent search that spanned jurisdictions. The charges include aggravated rape of a child with a five, and ten-year age difference respectively, selling or delivering liquor to minors, and witness intimidation, along with several other related offenses, the authorities detailed their findings with care, taking into account the sensitive nature of the case.
