In an episode of brazen theft that occurred in Tavares, a male suspect has been captured on video surveillance lifting an entire vape display from a local store.
According to a report by ClickOrlando, the Tavares Police Department shared that the young man entered the store and snatched the display containing about 30 vapes. They described how he "pacing through the store to build the courage to make the poor life choice."
Visible in the surveillance footage, the man is seen to have traversed the store before committing the deed. The Tavares Police Department, highlighting a Facebook post, stated, "After pacing through the store to build the courage to make the poor life choice, this male reached over the counter, grabbing the entire display and took off running with his friends." The force is now seeking the public's assistance to identify the suspect.
