The funding pie includes a slice of $19.5 million served upfront and a yearly contribution of $3.9 million for the next 15 years, targeting significant structural enhancements. According to Utah County, these funds, sourced from Tourism, Recreation, and Convention (TRCC) and Transient Room Tax (TRT), will be used to up the gate count to 10, give a facelift to baggage handling areas, and make the necessary preparations for international flights.
